source-wmSource: WM our insight and effectiveness team brings a fresh perspective to the worlds of consumer insight and communications effectiveness.

Our approach centres on agility and responsiveness. Lots of great research and effectiveness work gets produced for brands, but it is often too slow to be deployed to the maximum effect. As decision making goes 'real time', our clients need partners that can set a clear strategic course but have the facility to produce insightful answers to their questions quickly. We set out to ensure that our clients get a balanced package of studies and tools that inform decision making quickly as well as analysing the longer term trends.

So for example we have built a panel for Weetabix that provides us with weekly household cereal consumption data and for Barclaycard our SMART tool provides effectiveness analysis at short intervals to complement longer term analytics programmes .

We have got lots of exciting stuff in the pipeline including more work in one of our specialist areas which is online paths to conversion, new qualitative studies and the establishment of conjoint analysis projects with our clients. Watch this space.
